Project manage customer installations which include:
Review scope of work and handle scheduling for install teams and customers
Review scope of work with customer and installation team
Manage schedule during install and receive periodic updates
Communicate updates to staff and customer through email and phone
Document project information using SharePoint and project management software
Manage change orders and product budget
Other duties as assigned
Candidates are expected to perform the essential functions of the job with reasonable accommodation.
Experience with project management for network installations
Detail oriented and willing to maintain accurate documentation
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure
Good troubleshooting skills
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Some familiarity with these devices:
Understanding of VLANs
Routers – Cisco, etc.
Switches – HP, ZyXEL, and Cisco
Wireless Access Points, Ruckus, Motorola, Cisco, HP
Wireless controllers – Ruckus, Motorola & Cisco
Load Balancers – Elfiq
Gateways – Nomadix
